Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all countries. Allure Celebrations may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately. Any order placed with Allure Celebrations and your continued use of the website is deemed as constitute acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ shall refer to Allure Celebrations. ‘Your’ ‘You’ shall refer to the customer.


When you have placed your order a postage charge will be added. Postage charges depend on the weight of the product. All orders will be sent via Royal mail or courier and a signature will be required upon receipt, this is to ensure safe delivery of your order. You will be emailed once your order is ready to be dispatched.

Allure Celebrations prides itself on excellent customer service and quality and every effort is made to ensure parcels are sent and delivered safely and on time however we will not be liable if we fail to deliver your product for any reason other than any cause beyond Allure Celebrations reasonable control or the customers fault.


We accept credit card, Paypal, cheque, cash (If local) and balance transfer. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance is payable upon receipt of your approved proofs and prior to your order being dispatched.


We try to ensure all our website prices are accurate however on rare occasions mistakes happen. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies or errors. In the event of an error we will contact you and give you the option of either reordering at the correct price or cancelling. Prices are also subject to change at any time without prior notice this will not affect confirmed orders.

Customised items may differ in price from items displayed on the website however change of colours and font will not incur any additional charges.


You can purchase samples of our products however samples only illustrate the card quality/print/design and this may not meet your specific requirements. We can send proofs upon request to your exact requirement this includes wording and chosen colours.

Proofs following order

After you have ordered, a proof will be sent using the wording, layout and colours agreed in your order. Please take time to check your proofs and make any necessary amendments. We will endeavour to do our best to check wording however any mistakes approved, signed off and subsequently printed, Allure Celebrations can take no responsibility. Any mistakes once approved by you cannot be rectified after printing without incurring additional costs.

Note: proofs must be approved before production can begin and we will not be held responsible for any mistakes made following approval of proofs wheter the illustrations & text is supplied by the customer or produced by Allure Celebrations.


Due to the care and precision taken to make our stationary, production time once proofs are approved, can be anything from 2 to 4 weeks. You can pay a rush charge of £25 to have your stationary delivered earlier, this allows for faster shipping from our suppliers, faster shipping to you and for work done outside of normal hours.

Timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control but you will always be updated and notified on your order. Note less intricate designs (non-wallets and non-pocket folds) have shorter production times.

Allure Celebrations shall not be held liable to the customer or deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform our obligations in relation to the product if the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.


Cancellation of stationary orders due to the product being unwanted will be subject to any costs incurred, therefore the 50% deposit will be retained by Allure Celebrations and the full order will be charged if the order has been signed off and is ready to be dispatched.

In the event of an error or defect made on the part of Allure Celebrations we will happily cancel the order, accept the returned product and offer a replacement or refund. We must be notified within seven working days and the product must be returned via recorded delivery, delivery costs will also be reimbursed.
